COVID 19

As COVID 19 continues to impact our communities, we recognize this is a challenging time for all and we remain deeply committed to the safety and well-being of our customers and teams. Here are a few things that have always been a constant in the way we conduct our business, things that are all the more important during this pandemic:
  1. All our cleaning supplies (with the exception of our hardwood cleaner and our stone/marble cleaner) kill 99.99% of bacteria.
  2. We always use fresh, clean microfiber cloths for each cleaning, that are washed after each use at very high temperatures in order to kill all bacteria. We change the vacuum bag after each client and all our vacuum cleaners have commercial grade HEPA filters that trap 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns in size.
  3. Our teams always wear sterile gloves, disposable shoe covers and face masks to minimize the surfaces we come in contact with.
  4. For the customers who work from home or can’t leave their home while we clean, there are two options to minimize the interaction between our teams and them: they can either stay in one room for the duration of the cleaning, and we will skip cleaning that room; or they move at the end of the cleaning to another room that has already been cleaned, giving the team a chance to clean that first room as well.
During this time we are also deeply committed to taking care of our employees:
  • We provide them with the latest information available, so they can keep themselves and their families safe.
  • We have minimized their interaction with outside people by providing direct home-to-customer transportation and skipping the home-public transit-base office-customer route we used in the past.
  • They are continuously tested and will self quarantine if they start to develop any symptoms or to feel unwell, at which point they will contact their primary care provider to see what their options are.
